Good morning everyone! I hope that everyone is having a nice weekend. Mine has been good. A wonderful and talented friend of mine, Sandy, has been kind enough to feature a card/box that I made for her on her blog today. Make sure that you stop by and take a look: www.stampwithsandy.com. For today’s card I used one of my favorite color combinations, blue and brown. The card Stock is Island Indigo, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. The Adorning Accents Edgelits Dies are a great way to add an intesting edge to any card and when paired with the Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Embossing Folders the look is quite stunning. I stamped a stamp from the Apothecary Art Stamp Set in Island Indigo and cut it out with the new Labels Collection Framelits. They let you see exactly where you are cutting and give great results every time. The strip of Crumb Cake was embossing with one of Texturz Plates Backgrounds 1 for a subtle look. For the finishing touch I used one of the printed brads from the Everyday Enchantment Ribbon and Brad Pack from the new Sale-A-Bration Catalog (starts January 24th!).
