Yeah!! It’s Friday!! I hope that you all had a good week and that you are doing some fun stuff for the weekend! For today’s card I used my new (to me) En Français Background Stamp. Background stamps are a great addition to your creative arsenal. They can take the place of embossing or Designer Series Paper. I stamped the En Français in Soft Suede on Very Vanilla Card Stock. Then I used the Blossom Punch to punch out most of the flower from the edge of one side. I mounted it on some Pool Party Card Stock and stamped and image from the Mixed Bunch Stamp Set (Occasions Mini) in Peach Parfait and punched that out with the 3/4″ Circle Punch and placed in the middle of the flower. I used my Big Shot and the Labels Collection Framelits Dies (Occasions Mini) to cut out some more Pool Party and then ran it through again in the Designer Frames Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I stamped the greeting from the Elementary Elegance Stamp Set (Sale-A-Bration) in Peach Parfait and punched it out with the Extra Large Oval Punch and placed it in the middle of the frame. I love the beautiful simplicity of the card and it was a nice quick one to make. I hope that you enjoyed it and thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great day!!
