Glossy Candy Conversations

Hello everyone! It’s Wednesday and that means we are halfway through the week. 🙂 Before I get to today’s card I wanted to tell you that starting today Stampin’ Up! is offering a free 30 day trial download of their digital designing software My Digital Studio. Now for today’s card, it’s a nice simple Valentine’s Day Card. I used Soft Suede, Calypso Coral and Whisper White Card Stock. I stamped the Candy Conversations Wood Mount Stamp in Calypso Coral on Whisper White and used the 3/16″ Corner Rounder. It was then mounted on a piece of Calypso Coral Card Stock. A piece of Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper (Sale-A-Bration – FREE with a $50 purchase) that was ran through the Big Shot using the Adorning Accents Edgelits to create the backdrop. The Soft Suede Card Base was ran through the Big Shot with the Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Embossing Folder that coordinates with the edge from the Edgelit. Some Crystal Effects was used on the stamped hearts in the image for a great shiny 3D effect. The longest part of making this card was waiting for the Crystal Effects to dry, but that gave me time to make more! I hope you liked today’s card and thank you as always for stopping by!
