Paper Players Design Team Call

A good Tuesday morning to everyone. Today’s post is a very important one. The Paper Players are holding an open Design Team Call and I would love to be part of the team. My name is Justin Krieger and I have been paper crafting in some form since I was about 10 years old. Back then I used to make car dashboards out of oaktag. Thankfully, my medium has evolved into stamps and card stock with my card making and 3D projects. The card making seriously kicked into gear a little over a year ago and in August of last year I was introduced to Stampin’ Up! by a wonderful friend of mine, Sandy. I signed up to be a Demonstrator and have loved every minute of it. My favorite part has to be playing along each week with the challenges. It broadens my creativity and widens my horizons. I love seeing all of the other samples and entries each week and finally seeing who is chosen as the picks of the week. I write down my choices and compare notes, and get ready to do it all again. Below are my three projects for your consideration. I hope that you enjoy them and thanks for taking the time to look! Any comments are always appreciated and as always thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!

The first 3D window shadow box card, Happy Valentine’s Day!

My Grandmother’s 93rd Birthday Card, one of my favorites!

An engagement card that goes with the frame/box below…

I scanned in the picture from when he actually proposed in Rockefeller Center!

The frame open so the card and “gift” can go inside.

  1. Great!! They are all just beautiful. I always look forward to your blog. Your style, to me, is complete – just the right amount of embellishments, but not over the limit. Keep up the fine work. I look forward to many new ideas.

  2. Hi Justin! Thanks so much for submitting for our Design Team Call! Your projects are all so beautifully done. Such a great engagement photo in the frame, too. Have a great day today! πŸ™‚
