Freshly Made Sketches 205

Another busy day at the office. The weather here has been really nice though, in the 70’s and sunny. Sort of the same as it was when I was in London! After work I went over to Scrap-A-Latte and did my cutting for card class. I can’t wait to post the cardsΒ on Saturday so you can see them! I love them! LOL! When I got home I had a sandwich and then made my card for today. A relatively quiet evening.

And that card is for this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge…

Freshly Made Sketches 205

I wanted to use a cool new die that I recently acquired! My card base is Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. I flagged a piece of My Minds Eye Christmas on Market Street Vellum and adhered it to the card. Next up is the Simon Says Stamp Merry Christmas Ornament Die cut from a piece of Cherry Cobbler with a little SNAIL at the top to hold it in place. Finally a piece of Gold Glimmer Paper is adhered across the top. A quick and simple Christmas card but that die makes it look amazing! I hope that you enjoyed my card for this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge! Thanks very much for taking some time to stop by and I wish you a very good Thursday! πŸ™‚

  3. Hi Justin:

Love the glitter paper, love the die, love the card and so very happy to see a card that says “Merry Christmas” instead of Happy Holidays. You did a fantastic job with this one and I can’t wait to see what you are doing for your classes at Stamp A Latte!

Sounds like we are having the same weather you are and I hope it’s lasts a while. I could live with the 70’s and sunshine all year long and I’m sure you could too. Great convertible weather for sure.

You only have one work day left and it’s the weekend. See how quickly it goes by when you’re busy? LOL Big Hugs…….Luv ya. XO πŸ™‚
