The Ink Pad Tons of Fun Class Cards

Wow! Wednesday already?! Busy week’s do move fast! I had a nice crafty morning yesterday making some tags for my next class at The Ink Pad on the 16th. It was rainy so it was the perfect day to be holed up in the Stampin’ Galley! I went over to my parent’s for lunch and spent some time with Daniel playing before coming back home for a bit. Heather came by around 6:00 to pick me up so we could run to her office and get her things from her desk. She is officially a remote employee and couldn’t be happier! After she dropped me off I ran a few errands and then sat down to watch my show, Limitless but they changed the time so I’ll have to catch it on the internet. Today I am going to be crafty again, more rain!

I promised the class from The Ink Pad that I would post the cards today so here they are!

I think that my favorite of the bunch has to be the fireworks card! Heat embossed in the glitter embossing powder really does make it look like fireworks! I hope that you enjoyed the cards as much as the class did! If you would like to purchase any of the sets you can contact The Ink Pad atΒ (212) 463-9876 and they will be happy to mail them to you! Don’t forget to tell them where you saw the stamps! Thank you for coming by today! I wish you a wonderful Wednesday! πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you so much Michael!! The Tiffany box was a class favorite too! Have an excellent day! πŸ™‚

  1. That Tiffany Shaker Card is so clever! The Quilted Peony card is beautiful – gee I love all three of them. Saving the ideas!.

  2. Justin,
Fabulous cards!! My favorite is the pyrotechnics. Closely followed by the Quilted Peony. I so wish I lived close enough to take your classes. Soon I will be even further away. We are moving to Little Egg Harbor, NJ in July.

    1. Hi Gerri!
Thank you! I am with you! I love that Pyrotechnics Set! I wish that you could take my classes too! I have never heard of Little Egg Harbor, I’ll have to take a look on the map and check it out! πŸ™‚

  3. All these cards are super cute. The peony on vellum and the embossed fireworks are probably my favorites. Enjoy your day.

    1. Thanks so much HJ! The Pyrotechnics card is definitely my favorite! I had a good day, hope you did too! πŸ™‚

  4. Oh my Justin – I would have loved to be in that class! My favorite card was the Quilted Peony. My favorite card was the Tiffany, which, by the way, is my favorite store in Manhattan. My favorite card is the glittery Pyrotechnics card! There, that was one difficult decision to make! LOL

I know several people that became remote employees and loved it………..for the first few months. Then found that they weren’t getting enough personal contact so went back to commuting. It really takes a self disciplined individual with a huge social group to be able to be successful working from home. I hope Kim finds that she loves it.

You have yourself a Wicked Good Wednesday. It’s raining here to so it’s a good day to get caught up on the ironing that has piled up while I prepare for the holidays. Love and hugs to you my friend! XO πŸ™‚

    1. It would have been great to have you in class Grace! Hmm… I think that you had a lot of favorites! Yay! The Pyrotechnics card is my fave! Love the sparkly fireworks!
Heather has worked from home for quite a while and really enjoys it. She said that she will miss the “face time” with her co-workers but that she will be perfectly happy working from home!
I had a great Wednesday despite the rain here. A rainy day is a good day to get caught up on stuff! Love and hugs to you too! XOXO πŸ™‚

  5. Holy Crow, Cardman! Three! All are bonanzas! I did get the basketweave embossing folder and it came with the geometric one as a surprise bonus, all for a super price of one. I am so glad you made this card with it. I love anything Tiffany blue, especially the diamonds that come in the boxes. I think you used the chocolate diamonds in the shaker part. Ha, ha! The fireworks card is incredible. Thanks for sharing with us. Have a great Hump Day! Nancy B

    1. LOL! Ha ha! Thanks very much Nancy! I love the basketweave folder and was going to use that one on the white peony card but changed my mind at the last minute! I do love their embossing folders! I think that everyone is with you on the Tiffany Blue boxes with the diamonds! LOL! That would have been a good idea for the shaker material but would have made the class a lot more expensive! Love the fireworks card!! Thank you for coming by to see them! Hope you had a nice Wednesday! πŸ™‚

  6. Saw your blog link on an Ink Pad email (I NEVER click on those links, but something made me do it, and I’m glad! It must have been your picture!) Your cards are WONDERFUL and provide some GREAT inspiration! Looking forward to seeing more (old and new). Wish I lived closer so I can take some classes! Maybe you could YouTube a short one for us folks on the other coast?!

    1. Yay! Thank you very much for clicking on the link and coming by KC! So glad that the picture swayed you!! Thank you so much! I hope that you have fun looking around and that I will get to keep inspiring you! I am thinking about videos, they take a long time to make! LOL! Maybe one day I will get to teach classes all over! πŸ™‚

  7. Gorgeous cards Justin! Of course love that tiffany card. But love that peony on vellum and that WRMK embossing folder.
on that fireworks card, I have to ask for tips on how not get glitter everywhere. Unavoidable? Just have tried in the past and I’m just glittery for days.
Catching up on your blog, have a great holiday!

    1. Thanks very much Liz! They were all so much fun to make! Glitter, I do not like it at all and it does get everywhere but it looks so nice! LOL! You should have seen The Ink Pad after class! LOL! Hope that you are enjoying the posts and your weekend! You have a wonderful holiday too! πŸ™‚

  8. Great cards, Justin! I’m sure that everyone who took your class had Tons of fun!!!
