Scrap-A-Latte February Class Cards!

Yup, we had nice weather here yesterday! Made it all the way up to 58 degrees! I had a nice time at the swim meet with Brian yesterday morning, it was about 94 degrees in the pool area, it felt like Summer! We went to the diner after and had breakfast and then Brian dropped me back at the house. I finally finished my laundry that I started on Thursday! LOL! Louis came by in the afternoon and he was having iPhone issues so I went to the Apple Store with him and they told him the same thing they told me… restore the phone! He hung out at my house while his pictures backed up. He left around 7:00 so I went over to the ‘rents and had a sandwich for dinner and then came home and crafted for a bit. This morning I’m off to Manhattan to see my friends Jon and Mary and then I’ll see Kim for a little bit before coming home. Hopefully the weather will be nice again!

Today I have the cards that we made at this month’s class at Scrap-A-Latte. We used Reverse Confetti Stamps and Dies and some Hero Arts Ink. My favorite is the shaker! I hope that you enjoy the cards as much as the class did! Thank you for coming by to see them and have a super Sunday! πŸ™‚

  1. Hi Justin:

Love the cards you made in class and yes, the shaker card is my favorite also. What I loved most about the cards though were the happy, happy and bright spring colors. I have been fortunate again this year…..I have 3 Christmas cactus plants, one is pink, one is white and one is orange. We call them our Thanksgiving through Easter plants because that is how long they bloom. Anyway, my point is they are bright and cheery colors together and, just like your cards, they make me smile. I bet the people in the class just loved making them.

It’s a beautiful day here, hardly seems like February and I hope your weather is as beautiful for your trip into Manhattan. I’m jealous, as I’d like to be in Manhattan myself today. Oh well – you just go and enjoy it enough for both of us! Have yourself a Sunshiny Sunday. Luv ya, XXOO πŸ™‚

    1. Hello Grace!
Thank you! They class liked them too! Shakers are always the most popular! Then cards were definitely all happy and bright, I’m so ready for Spring! Your plants sound lovely, I might be able to keep a cactus alive!
Both Saturday and Sunday were pretty good here too. Manhattan was great as usual and lunch was awesome! I hope to get to see you again in the city very soon! Love you! XOXO πŸ™‚

  2. I love all the shaker and flower bouquet are my top picks. Love the spring colors! Well we are back to winter, grey, heavy clouds and cold, OK 39 is not reallly cold, but after hittiung 60 39 is cold, LOL. Luckily no rain or snow so i know we will make it until March ans spring!

I got my MFT card kit in the mail, I know I swore off any more card kits because I cant keep up but I couldn’t resis it. Bubble gum machine die, shaker gum balls, too cute to resist. I made one tag yesterday, love it! Then hubby and I saw The Revenant, WOW! awesome film, the nature scenes are is just beatiful. I think I read it was a true story. Anyway it was great.

Hubby and my kids went to ato show, so play time. Take care

    1. Thank you Linda! Yes, the shaker is always the best one! We had a nice weekend here, Saturday was much nicer than Sunday but both days were on the warm side. Yup, Spring is right around the corner!
I haven’t seen the MFT Kit, I’ll have to go and take a look at it! I think that I have seen some stuff with the Bubble Gum machine on Instagram. I’m glad to hear that the Revenant was good! I will wait for it to come out on Cable!
Hope you had fun playing! πŸ™‚
