Scrap-A-Latte March Lawn Fawn Card Class Cards!

Welcome to day two of the weekend! My Saturday was busy and fun! Heather stopped by and picked me up at 10:45 and we went and got manicures! After that we stopped at Target and then headed back to her house for a little lunch. She had to get ready for the Fire Department Installation Dinner so I helped! I guess all of that crafting can also translate to makeup application and hair! LOL! She wanted smoky eyes so I gave her some smoky eyes! She dropped me off around 4:30 and went over to meet George so they could get their evening under way. I headed over to Scarp-A-Latte to meet Jen Starr. She was teachingΒ some classes there today and we have been friends on FaceBook for a while so it was great to get to meet her in person! She’s super nice and really talented! When I got back home I sat down and crafted for a bit and finished off the evening with a little TV. Today I’m heading into Manhattan to hang out at The Ink Pad with Jane for the day! We are supposed to get snow tonight into tomorrow morning for the first day of Spring, now that just shouldn’t be allowed! LOL!

As promised today I have the cards that were made in Card Class at Scrap-A-Latte this month. We used a bunch of new goodies from the latest Lawn Fawn release! I hope that you enjoy seeing the cards as much as the class did making them. I also have four sets of supplies to make the cards from class available. If you would like them send me an email for further information! Thanks so much for visiting with me today! Have a super Sunday my friends! πŸ™‚

  1. Hi Justin,
How have you been? Me, well I am really struggling with the new knee. Tremendous amount of pain yet.
    Cute cards as always. Nice
vibrant colors. Do you color them?
How much are you charging for the set?
Are you planning on coming to Allentown this year? The convention is right around the corner. Have a great day! Chat with you soon! πŸ™‚ Hugs, Donna

    1. Hello Donna!
I’m sorry to hear that you are still not 100%, you’ll get there! Glad that you like the cards! Yes, I always color them, I think that it’s part of the fun! I want $20 for the set plus shipping. I would love to come to Allentown this year, I need to find out who is going. I’ll let you know! Hope you get better! XO πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you so much Michael! Yes, Jen was very nice! And yes, we woke up to about 2 inches of snow! Ugh! πŸ™‚

  2. Hi Justin:

Such fun cards for this class. Wish I could have been there. After studying the cards for several minutes I decided that they are all great but I really love the one with the washing machine shaker card. The plaid background paper topped with that bright washer filled with “bubbles” – I mean really, can’t get any cuter than that! You certainly must have made a great impression on the participants with those cards. Just fun and fabulous.

Even I, the Snow Queen, am hoping this storm misses us. It’s been such a blah winter that it should finish that way. If it’s going to snow let it snow all winter long not snow a bit, get warm, snow a bit, get warm. One would never believe the forecast looking at the sun shining out there this morning. Oh well, it’s northern New England so I should be used to it by now. Wishing you a Super Fun Sunday. I plan on a laid back day – spending the afternoon watching the race and then left overs for supper. You enjoy your day my friend. Love and hugs, XXOO πŸ™‚

    1. Hello Grace!
Thank you! Yes, it would have been great to have you there! The washing machine one is fun, makes laundry look like fun! LOL! Everyone loved the cards this month and we all had fun!
WOW! You know it’s enough if you are done with the snow! I hope that you didn’t get too much and that you enjoyed your race! I had a fun day! Love and hugs to you! XOXO πŸ™‚

    1. Sorry Marsha, I have kits left over from class to make the cards. They include all of the images stamped and cut out and the paper needed to put them together.

  3. Justin I just love what you can do with a card. You should have your own monthly club kit – So sure that
not only I would be happy about that.
Can you give me info on how to purchase your material – such as payment method and etc.
    Thanks
    Have a Great Day!

    1. Thank you very much Joyce! That is a dream of mine to have my own monthly kit!! Glad to know that you would be interested! I am going to put the kits up on Esty today so I will provide you with a link once it’s done! Hope that you had a wonderful day! πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you Germaine! The Washer is the most popular so far! Hope that all is well with you! Miss you!! XOXO πŸ™‚

  4. Realy cute! This release did not “scream” at me, but i did purchase the plaid paper pack, love it! Chirpy Chirp is so cute, I may need that one.

Busy here, my son just finished the Cary Half Marathon in 1 hour 24 minutes. 38th overall and first in his age group. LOL, he ran with a stress fracture in his foot and is upset that he didnt do better. I’m not sure if you follow Tim Holtz, I thnk he is awesome and such an inspiration. usually i do not try most of his creations but last year I fel in love with his “vintage bunnies in glass domes” Naturally everyone else did and supplies at craft stores were out. I did eventualy get all the goodies and swore I would have then for this Easter. Well,, Tim makes everything look so easy, between my foil consistently ripping, spilling my alcohol inks, and not being able to get the memo pins to stand up, Tim’s quick project took me all day. LOL, but I got 6 done and they really are cute. Now I need to start planning Easter dinner.

I hope the worst of the strm misses you. Its cold here, 30 but sunny blue skies. They are calling for snow here also, I don’t want to even know how much. Take care

    1. Thank you Linda! I actually liked almost the whole release this time and got almost all of it! LOL! The plaid paper is so cool, love the colors!
Your son is once amazing guy!! I wish that I could do half of what he does! Good for him! Tell him that I said congrats! I am not a huge Tim fan but I do follow him from time time. I do know the jars that you are talking about! Tim does make things look easy, but he is always covered in whatever he is using too! WOW! You got six done?! Send me a picture! I want to see!
We ended up with about 2 inches, not too bad. I hope that it missed you too! πŸ™‚
