I miss the Summer. I know, I have said it before but I miss shorts and flip flops and the top down in the car. Ok, now that I got that out of the way! Renee and I had a nice day at the Stamp, Ink, Paper Store and Scrap-A-Latte! She had a class with a few teens in the morning and I sent out my reminder email about the Quick Cards Class on Thursday. We also had a guy from Maptoons stop by to talk to us about advertising. He was really nice and we had a good laugh with him. We are going to go with his campaign and see what happens. My Parents stopped by with my little buddy Daniel! We had so much fun looking at things in the store and he was telling Renee about all the things in the storage room. After that Taylor stopped by with her friend Marissa. Two days in a row, I feel like a popular dad! LOL! Later on my friend Marissa and her fiancé came in. Busy day at the store! As an added bonus when I got home I got to see Daniel again! I had dinner with him while he had a little ice cream and watched his cartoons on my Mum’s hi-Pad as he calls it! After that I came home and relaxed for a bit and finished up my card for today’s post. I’ll have to get ready for the Quick Cards class today and see when my new Mama Elephant and Concord & 9th will be arriving!
The card that I have to share with you today is for this week’s Paper Players challenge…
Some fun colors from my friend Sandy! My card base is Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. I used my Mini Ink Blending Tool to add some Hero Arts Orange Soda Ink to the front. My image is from the Hero Arts Color Layering Bouquet Photopolymer Stamp Set and I stamped it in Orange Soda, Pumpkin Pie and Green Fields using my Mini MISTI. It’s then cut out with the Lawn Fawn Dotted Circle Stackables along with a piece of Black. The stamped circle is adhered to the black circle with E-Z Runner and then they are both adhered to the card with E-Z Runner and Fun Foam. The greeting is cut from more Black using one of the dies from the Spellbinders Fall Botanical Die D-lites and adhered to the card with Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive. A little scattering of Pretty Pink Posh Pumpkin and Shamrock Sequins are added to complete the card. I do love that bouquet stamp, can’t believe that it’s the first time I’m using it! I hope that you like my card for this week’s Paper Players Color Challenge from Sandy! Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wondrous Wednesday! 🙂

Oh Justin! You’re killing my budget here with all these amazing multi-stamp Hero Arts sets. When I first saw the color challenge I immediately thought I was going to see a Halloween card but instead saw this fabulous bunch of flowers set. It is just so sweet and lovely. The Misti is just the best stamping tool to ever be invented in my book. Not only does it make placement easy but it’s really fun to use. You did a fabulous job with this one and I love it!
Sorry you miss your flip flops, shorts and top being down. I’m loving my sweatshirts, warm socks and jeans! LOL Talk about polar personal preferences! Oh well, they say opposites attract so I guess our personalities are a good match! LOL I love Daniel’s Hi-Pad. He is just the cutest dang little boy. You have yourself a Wonderful Wednesday my friend. Love and Hugs, XXOO 🙂
LOL! Sorry Grace! I don’t really do Halloween cards so I just used the colors for Fall! Yes, I do love my MISTI! Thanks!!
