Fab Friday 108

Yay for Friday! We had a nice chilly day again, all of the snow is still here! The Store was filled with people taking the Card Class and for the evening class my friend Jim stopped by. He even made a card and I was really impressed! He’s a natural! After work we came back to my house for a little TV. Today I have a morning Card Class and the I have to get working on more classes. I have fallen behind in my classes and need to get back to them!

My card for today isΒ for the Fab Friday color challenge…

I have really been into the one layer cards lately so I made another one! The card base is Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. All of the images are from the Concord & 9th Butterfly Beauty Photopolymer Stamp Set. I stamped the large butterfly in Butter Bar and Fresh Peach using my Mini MISTI, the body is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black. The smaller butterflies are stamped in Butter Bar, Fresh Peach and Soft Apricot. I put the card back in the MISTI and stamped the greeting from the Concord & 9th Happy Words Photopolymer Stamp Set in Mint Julep. I added a few Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear, Marigold and Tangerine Sequins for a little sparkle. I love to color but there is still nothing like just stamping some images on a card! I hope that you enjoyed my Design Team card for the Fab Friday Color Challenge! Make sure you stop by the BLOG and check out my other Teammate’s cards and lets see what you do with the colors! I thank you so much for coming by today! Have a fabulous Friday! πŸ™‚

  1. Love the card . . . light, airy, pretty colors and reminds me of . . . spring.

  2. What a pretty spring card, Justin. I love the color combo and all the butterflies and sequins. Spring must be around the corner because an entire flock of the robins are here trying to find food. With the snow and ice covering the ground and with them being ground feeders, our bird feeders don’t do them any good. They are beautiful to look at. Have a great Friday!

    1. Thank you HJ! Love the butterflies in that set! Oh, I’m happy to hear that you have robins! Love to watch the birds in the yard! Hope you enjoyed your day! πŸ™‚

  3. Gorgeous creration, I love the colors of the inks. Work well with the butterfly. Spring is coming, we hit 50 this afternoon and finally saw some sun.

TGIF i am exhausted. Not tired, mentyally. I think the time change and two days of horrid weather did me in. I need some down time

    1. Thank you Linda! I like the Hero Inks, they are nice and vibrant! I’m glad that your weather is improving, send that my way!
