Fab Friday 114

Happy Friday my peeps! My Thursday was good! I cleaned my apartment and ran a few errands. Jim came by around 5:00 and we went to grab a quick bite and then saw Wonder Woman. Pretty good flick! We got back to my house around 9:30 and Jim headed home and I went over for the last half of Thirsty Thursday. We had to run to the Vape Shop so that Steph could get some refills and we saw Taylor and her friends there. They were going to a local bar so we met them there for a bit and then called it a night. Who knows what today will bring, but it’s supposed to be nice weather, that’s always good! 😀

It’s a Fab Friday week and this time around we have some colors for you to work with…

I don’t have any of the new Stampin’ Up! colors so I improvised! All of my images and greeting are from the Simon Says Stamp Lovely Spring Photopolymer Stamp Set. I stamped them in Black, Teal, Catkin, Rosie Cheeks and Hot Mama onto a piece of Solar White 80lb Card Stock. The panel is then adhered to a card base of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock with Fun Foam and E-Z Runner. I added a few Pretty Pink Posh Lemon Drop and Orchid Sequins to the flower centers and the card is finished! Super simple and I do really just like to stamp some images, that way you get to use all of that colored ink that you have! I hope that you like my Design Team card for the Fab Friday Color Challenge! Stop by the BLOG and check out the rest of the Team’s cards and we hope to see yours in the gallery! Thank you for stopping by this morning, I’ll be back at 11:00am with my post for this month’s Where Creativity Meets Concord & 9th post! Hope you’ll come back! Until then enjoy your morning! 🙂

  1. Absolutely gorgeous card today Justin! Love the color combo and the very summery look to it. I can see this design as Anniversary, Birthday, Miss You, Feel Better and half a dozen other occasions where it would be absolutely perfect and definitely a smile getter.

So glad you had a great day yesterday. You managed to combine what needed to be done and what was fun to do perfectly. I need a few of those days myself! Your favorite weather is headed our way – 90+ predicted for Sunday. That means tomorrow windows will get washed and A/C units will get put in. My turn to complain about heat and you have to listen since I listened to you complain about snow! LOL Love and hugs to you my friend. XXOO 🙂

    1. Thank you Grace! I like when you can make a card and just change out the greeting and it’s good for more!
I love when I have days like that! I have been thoroughly enjoying the weather! LOL! Yup, it’s time for us to reverse roles once again! Love and hugs to you! XOXO 🙂
