Fab Friday 124

And we have made it to FRIDAY! It is definitely Fall like here this morning with temps in the 40’s! That’s a little too chilly for me. It might be time to put the shorts away. 🙁 I spent the day yesterday running errands and getting a few things checked off my to-do list. Jim came by after work and we had a little Chinese for dinner and watched some more Ozark. I also stopped by Heather’s for Thirsty Thursday with her and Stephanie. This morning I have a lot of administrative stuff to get done and I’m trying to firm up plans for the weekend! What are you going to be up to? 😀

I’m sharing my Design Team card with you for this week’s Fab Friday challenge today…

I used a new to me set from Hero Arts, the Color Layering Cool Fox Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Coordinating Frame Cuts. I stamped one of the foxes in Pumpkin Pie and Orange Soda and the other one in Pumpkin Pie and Mulled Wine using black on both for the legs and face all with my Mini MISTI. My card base of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock is stamped with the Hero Arts Confetti Bold Prints Background in Soft Pool. I stamped the greeting from the set in Black and adhered the foxes with E-Z Runner and 3D Foam Squares and the card is done! It’s amazing how detailed and realistic the color layering stamps are! Those are some great looking foxes! I hope that you like my Design Team card for the Fab Friday Color Challenge! There is more for you to see over on the BLOG and we want you to share your card with us in the gallery! Thank for your visit today! Have a fabulous Friday! 🙂

  1. Fabulous use of those colors Justin and I love the way your foxes look – the coloring is so realistic! Great job. Plans for the weekend? Fall cleaning of course! LOL

  2. Those colors make a beautiful fox, and yes ots flippin cold outside. LOL, our overnight temp tomorrow will be in mid 20’s. OMG. No special WE plans. So I guess it will be playtime. Lers see if mojo finds me,

    1. Thank you Linda! We have had some cold nights here too! I hope that you got to play over the weekend! 🙂

  3. Great card, Justin. Love the colors of these foxes and the layering stamps make it easy. Love those. Actually I saw a red fox in our backyard Thursday morning just laying there sunning him/herself. So cool! This weekend I have more organizing for our trip and Christmas cards to make. I have made 60 cards made on my way to 100 with two weeks left before we leave. The pressure is on. I’m figuring it will take several days to recover from jetlag when we return from Sydney. I’m sure you’ll figure out something to do this weekend because you always find interesting and fun things. Take care, my friend.

    1. Thank you HJ! Oh, that must have been nice to get to see the fox! You have plenty of time to get your cards done!! You can do it! I’m so jealous that you are going to Aus!! I have wanted to go there forever! 🙂
