SIP Challenge 187 – Monochromatic!

Hey there! How are we all doing today? I’m well, busy which is always good. I have to finish up 80 baby shower invites today that I have been working on for a bit. I’ll post some pics of them in a few weeks. It was a lot but I had so much fun making them, felt good to be crafty! 😀

I can’t believe that it’s Tuesday again! Time for a new challenge over on the Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge blog…

I got to play with new goodies from this month’s Concord & 9th release to make my card! To start I stamped the paint stroke from the Concord & 9th Peek-Through Patterns Photopolymer Stamp Set with Altenew Soft Lilac, Lavender Fields, Deep Iris and Midnight Violet Ink onto Solar White 80lb using my MISTI so that I could double stamp each color. The greeting is stamped in Midnight Violet. Once that was dry I used the friend die from the Concord & 9th Peek-Through Patterns Dies to cut out the word from the stamped panel and a card base of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock.

I adhered the panel to the card base with Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive and the card is finished! I love that big die cut friend! Such a cool idea! I hope that you like my Design Team card for this week’s Stamp, Ink, Paper Monochromatic Challenge! You can see more inspiration over on the BLOG and we hope to see your card in the gallery! Thanks so much for stopping by, enjoy the rest of your Tuesday! 🙂

  1. What a great card. I like that die cut and the monotone colors you chose for the pattern you designed. Can’t wait to see those invitations too!
