Good morning peeps. How is your week so far? Mine is humming right along. It’s Thursday and tomorrow is Friday! I love Fridays, the work week os over and the weekend begins. On to today’s post which is for this weeks Freshly Made Sketches Challenge. This week Jennifer T. has provided us with this lovely sketch…
As soon as I saw it I knew exactly what I wanted to use. I love the circus themed items in the World Spectacular Products Suite. Great colors and really neat stamps, it has Island Indigo so it has to be a favorite! The base of my card is Crumb Cake Card Stock that I stamped with Crumb Cake ink with the distressed Dots Background Stamp. I embossed a piece of Calypso Coral with the Argyle Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and mounted it to a piece of Early Espresso before adhering it to the card. Three pieces of World Spectacular Designer Series Paper are flagged on the one side and adhered to the embossed piece. I punched out a piece of Island Indigo with the 1 3/4″ Circle Punch and used the Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack and Paper-Piercing Tool to pierce it before adhering it to the card with Stampin’ DImensionals. The elephant is from the You’re Amazing Stamp Set and is stamped in Early Espresso. I stamped the image again in Calypso Coral and cut them out with my Paper Snips. He is also mounted to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The winner image is from the same set and is stamped in Cherry Cobbler and punched out with the Ticket Duo Builder Punch.
