This was one that as soon as I saw it I knew what I was going to do. I started with a base of Island Indigo and I added a piece of Crumb Cake Card Stock that is embossed with the Argyle Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. The two pieces of Designer Series Paper are from the Fan Fair DSP and I used the 1″ Circle Punch to round two of the corners on each piece. The flagged pieces of Summer Starfruit are cut out with the Bitty Banners Framelits Dies. I have to say that I wasn’t a fan of Summer Starfruit when I first saw it but it is fast becoming one of my favorite colors. All of the stamped images are from the Clockworks Stamp Set and are stamped in Summer Starfruit and Island Indigo. The gears are punched out with the 1/2″ and 1″ Circle Punches and the one behind is punched out with the 1 1/4″ Circle Punch. The pocket watch is cut out with my Paper Snips and the dial is punched out with the 1 1/4″ Circle punch. The hands are also cut out with Paper Snips and all of the elements are adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the piece of Island Indigo that is cut out with the Apothecary Accents Framelits Dies. The happy birthday is from the From My Heart Stamp Set and is stamped in Island Indigo and cut out with the Bitty Banners Framelits Dies and also adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I love the way the Island Indigo, Summer Starfruit and Crumb Cake look together. And what a great stamp set and DSP for a masculine card.
