Good morning peeps! That weekend went very quickly as they always do. Did you have a nice and safe St. Patrick’s Day? I did, I went to my friends Brian & Kim’s and we had corned beef and cabbage and some delicious cupcakes and banana bread. I got to see my little kiddies and Taylor scored a babysitting job. Lot’s of friends equals a very good day indeed!

Today’s post is for one of those cards that we don’t like to make, a sympathy card. My good friend Chantal’s mom passed away. She went to France for the funeral. I needed a simple but appropriate card. The base of the card is Sahara Sand Card Stock. I stamped the feathers from the Fine Feathers Stamp Set in Island Indigo and Lucky Limeade right on to the card base. The greeting is from the Loving Thoughts Stamp Set and is stamped in Island Indigo on Whisper White. I flagged the right side and mounted it to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
