Ahh yes peeps, it FRIDAY! And it didn’t come soon enough! Yesterday was overcast and rainy but today it’s supposed to clear up and tomorrow is supposed to be nice. This week at work has been super busy and I will be glad to focus on some crafting this weekend to relieve some stress. Making cards is definitely therapy for me, when I don’t get the chance to make something I really do feel like there is something missing in my day. It is definitely one of the things that I am most thankful for, the ability to be creative and I thank you for sharing it with me!
Today’s post – Fab Friday 20, the new In-Colors…
It’s very rare that I make a card that doesn’t use the Big Shot or more than one stamp set, today is one of those rare occasions! The base of my card is Vellum Card Stock. I thought it would be neat to use it for the card itself for a change too. The background is a piece of Whisper White. The images and greeting are from the Six Sided Sampler Stamp Set and are stamped in Baked Brown Sugar, Pistachio Pudding, Strawberry Slush, Costal Cabana and Crisp Cantaloupe. I used the Hexagon Punch to punch them out and adhered them to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I love the colors together and the hexagons are very cool and trendy right now.
