Hi all and a happy Friday to you!! Another amazing day weather wise here yesterday! Another top down to and from work day! The store was quiet yesterday but Renee and I got a lot accomplished. I started my cards for next month’s class and Renee got organized! Taylor and Kiera stopped by, she brought my Copics up because I forgot them at home and they stayed until the store closed. I had dinner at my parent’s and got to see my brother and Daniel! He has such a great laugh! You can’t help but smile when you hear him start giggling! After dinner I came home and made my card for today and then ran out to Target to pick up a few things. Thankfully there are open until midnight! I also got to chat with Heather, she is back at school so there will be no thirsty Thursday’s for a while, bummer! She’s going to try and come by the store for lunch tomorrow, that will be fun!
Well, it’s a Fab Friday this week so I’m over on the blog for our color challenge…
I needed to make a quick card, going forward I’m going to make an attempt to work on Design Team stuff ahead but it’s taking a while to get acclimated! I had the base of this card sitting on my desk for about three months so I decided that it was high time I finished it! Speaking of the base it’s Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. I used the Simon Says Stamp Thanks Scallop Border Die to cut the bottom of a piece of Solar White 80lb that I inked with Simon Says Stamp High Dive using my Mini Ink Blending Tool. It’s adhered to the card with E-Z Runner. The thanks is cut from Black 110lb and inlaid back into the die with Multi-Matte Medium. My tree branches are cut from Chocolate Chip with the Memory Box Branching Out Die. I adhered them onto the card with more Multi-Matte Medium. The flowers are punched out from Blackberry Bliss and Hello Honey using an old EK Tools Mini Flower Punch and I adhered them to the branches with Mini Glue Dots. Finally I added Pearls to the middles of all of the flowers with Bling Glue Dots and the card is finished! Nice and simple and I love when I get to find a use for something that has been siting on my desk for a while! I hope that you enjoyed my Design Team card for the Fab Friday Color Challenge! Go and check out the rest of the Team’s cards over on the BLOG and enter your card in the gallery! Thanks for coming by today! Have a fun-tabulous Friday! 🙂

Beautiful card, Justin. And I know it definitely takes work to get your crafting time in when you’re also working full time. It must be extra hard at the store, though, surrounded by so much inspiration. I’d want to play all the time!
Thank you Leah! Yes, it’s hard to be back more than full time but I am loving every second! I do feel inspired but there is so much administrative stuff to do!! Plus, I still like to make my stuff in the Stampin’ Galley! 🙂
Great card! I love that thanks border die.
Thank you Sandy! It’s a fun die! 🙂
Just an all around beautiful card Justin! Love the way you brought this color combo together. That is such a great die from SS! Since I love flowers, whether large or small, these small flowers really stood out on the Bermuda Bay. I don’t think this card could be any more beautiful than it is. Great job!
Cloudy and not the nicest out here today. That’s O.K. – I have plenty to do. You have yourself a Fabulous Friday my friend. Love and hugs as always, XXOO
Thank you Grace! I do like that Branching out die, works for so many different things! I hope that you are enjoying your weekend! I’m playing catch-up again! 🙂
So spring & summery…like a dogwood blossom. Great eye-catching color combination but your scallop edge takes the star spot. Love it! Happy Memorial Day weekend, everyone! Hugs, Nancy B
Thanks Nancy! That’s exactly what I was thinking when I made the card!! I hope that you are enjoying your long weekend! 🙂
Love the thanks scallop border. It really makes this card pop. Great job with the color combo for the challenge. Have another great day!
Thank you very much HJ! The Thanks die is neat and I love the colors, didn’t think I would when I saw them!! 🙂

Thank you Donna! 🙂
I love using “things” sitting on my desk forever! This is a great card, love the scalloped border die.
Me too Linda!! Then I feel like I did cut it out or something in the first place! Thank you!! 🙂
Beautiful color combination! So pretty!!! Have a fantastic weekend.
Thank you Kathy!! I hope that you had an awesome weekend! 🙂
Very nice! Reminds me of Cherry Blossoms!
Have a great long weekend, Nola
Thanks Nola! Yes, that’s what it reminds me of too! Hope you are enjoying your weekend! 🙂
You must have a lot of beautiful card parts laying around to whip this up! I love the curvy scallop cut and the pearls! TFS!
Thank you Amanda!! They don’t look very nice laying all over the place but every once in a while you get lucky and it just comes together! 🙂
