Ahh… Monday… but it’s Christmas Eve! Are you all finished with your shopping or are you like me who will be stopping by Target later?! I got most of the last of my Christmas cards made yesterday. I still have some stuff to do but I’m hoping that I can get it finished tonight. Today’s post is a card that I sent to a friend. She sent me a lovely card so I wanted to return the favor. The base of the card is Sahara Sand and I stamped it with the Woodgrain Background Stamp in Sahara Sand. Down the right side is a piece of Bravo Burgundy, the one side is cut with the Finishing Touches Edgelits Dies, and a strip of Brushed Gold Card Stock is adhered on top. The image and greetings are from the Open Sleigh Stamp Set and are all stamped in Bravo Burgundy. I cut the sleigh out with my Paper Snips and adhered it to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Behind it is a another piece of Brushed Gold Card Stock that I cut out with the Snow Flurry Bigz Die. I love the color combination and the vintage feel of the stamp set. I hope that she enjoyed the card and that you like it too. Thank you for spending a little of your time with me. I want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas Eve! All of your comments are the best Christmas present I could ever get! π
