Hello everyone, happy Thursday to you! The weather here yesterday was again nice! Sunny and not too hot with a little shower in the evening. The shower did produce a double rainbow though!
Pretty cool huh?! Last night I was at Scrap-A-Latte with Michael prepping for tonight and tomorrow night’s classes. After we had some Chili’s for dinner and watched some TV. Today I’m participating in the sixth blog hop with a bunch of my friends from one of the Facebook groups that I belong to. It’s called One Stamp at a Time Cards and More. The focus this month is Back to School! If you have arrived here from Eva Bussom’s blog, welcome! My friend Eva always has some great projects, doesn’t she?! I have one card for you today so let’s get to it!
My card base is Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and the entire front is covered in a piece of Crumb Cake. Next up is some Daffodil Delight and on top of that is a piece of Real Red that I embossed with the Lucky Starts Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. They are both adhered to the card at an angle with SNAIL. My library card and date stamp are from the Lawn Fawn Check This Out Photopolymer Stamp Set and are stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black. The greeting is from the Lawn Fawn My Lucky Charm Photopolymer Stamp Set and is also stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black. I adhered the library card with SNAIL and Fun Foam and the date stamp with Foam Tape. A few Studio Calico Wood Veneer Stars are randomly adhered with Ranger Multi-Matte Medium. I like the simplicity of the card, it’s a fun way to wish any student a great year at school!
I hope that you enjoyed my card for the OSAT Back to School Blog Hop! You can click on the button below to continue on with the tour and you will go back to the start with James Weber! Now he is one talented guy! Thank you so much for stopping by to see me today. Have a thoroughly awesome Thursday! 🙂

Good Morning Justin:
The bright, happy colors in your creation for today are fabulous. Now, I don’t know if those happy colors apply to the child returning to school or the parents of the child! LOL I know that by the end of August I was ready for my little darlings to get on that school bus so there could be quiet in the house for a while. And yet, once they got on the bus I missed them so much I wanted to go pull them out of school and bring them home. Go figure! Anyway, I really love those library stamps. They bring back a lot of very pleasant memories.
Your double rainbow photo is amazing. I have only seen a double rainbow twice in my lifetime and was totally mesmerized by them. We had a brutal storm here yesterday – lightning and thunder while the sun was shining followed by a deluge. Well, I kept looking for a rainbow then but never did find one. Then I opened your email and saw this fabulous photo so in essence you gave me a photo of the rainbow I couldn’t find yesterday. Thanks so much. Have yourself a trouble free Thursday. Luv and hugs, XO 🙂
Hello Grace!
LOL! From what I have heard it refers to the parent being happy that the child is returning to school! LOL! I’m sure that everyone misses their children while they are at school, but a quiet house after a noisy Summer is welcome! The stamp set fromLawn Fawn is fun! Love the library card too!
We saw the rainbow and pulled over to take the picture! I have only seen a double rainbow once before. I love the way that it looks like a dome inside the rainbow too! I was surprised that we had rain and it was still so sunny! I’m glad that you found your rainbow that you were looking for!! I hope that you had a good Thursday and guess what?! It’s Friday! YAY! XOXOXO 🙂

Thank you Martie!! Yes, I guess you have a lot of school supplies to buy! Have fun with your shopping! 🙂
For some reason even thoughI have been following your blog for months I can no longer see your photos. Only the heading of each. Could not even see the OSAT card. I used to be able to see all. I only get the text now. Have you changed the settings on your blog? This happened about a week ago.
Oh no Rosemarie! That’s not good at all! I haven’t done anything on my end. Do you have any issues with any other blogs? You might need to reset your browser. I hope that it gets fixed!! 🙁
Great card! Love the cut out date stamp.
Thank you Marisa! 🙂
