Hello and a very happy Monday to you all! Did you have a nice weekend?! Mine was pretty good. Friday night at Brian and Kim’s was a lot of fun. It was nice to see everyone! Saturday I worked on some projects and then Sunday I sort of took it easy. The weather was pretty nice, although I’m still waiting for Spring! It’s not here yet and I saw this morning that there may be more snow later in the week! Winter just seems to have forgotten that’s it’s overstayed its welcome! π
It’s release day over at Concord & 9th so that means that it’s time for a new challenge over on the Where Creativity Meets Concord & 9th blog…
To me Spring means nice bright colors and lots of flowers. But it also means that wedding season is starting. I decided to make a pretty simple card that would be perfect to give to the new couple! To start I heat embossed the large floral from the Concord & 9th Wonderful Florals Photopolymer Stamp Set in Hero Arts Gold Embossing Powder onto a piece of Ivory 110lb Card Stock. It’s cut out with the Coordinating Die and added to a card base of Ivory 110lb with 3M Foam Tape. The letters are cut out with one of the other Dies in the set from Silver Glitter Card and adhered to the floral panel with more 3M Foam Tape. Nice and simple but with lots of bling! I hope that you like my Design Team card for this month’s Where Creativity Meets Concord & 9th Spring Challenge! We hope that you will take some time to share your creation with us! Head over to the BLOG for more inspiration! Donβt forget that you can follow us on Instagram and Facebook! Thanks for starting your week off here with me! Have a marvelous Monday! π
