Yes, yet another nice day! That’s three in a row! Woo hoo! My ride to the store in the convertible was lovely as always. The Hero Arts order arrived and I got it all entered, priced and put out! We had a nice busy day in the store too! I think that Renee was a little exhausted at the end of the day! I hope every day is like that! Taylor stopped by and her and I had Blaze pizza for lunch. I also got to speak to Michael and filled him in on the goings on at the store. After work I stopped by my Parent’s and saw Daniel, Jason and Erika. I wear a baseball cap in the car now, my hair is long and gets knotted! When I came in Daniel looked at me and said “look Nanny, Uncle has a hat on!”. I said that I was wearing it because I wanted to be like him and he went and got his hat and put it on gave me a high five! He is just way too cute! Around 7:45 Anthony and Bill came by and we went to Friday’s for dinner and then stopped at Target. They dropped me off and I came in and made my card for today. This morning I’m going to the store for a little while and then I’ll be heading over to celebrate Sue’s daughter’s graduation! She got her Doctorate! That’s impressive!
My card that I have to share with you today is for this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge…
I used some of the new Hero Arts goodies that arrived! My card base is Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. I stamped the bridge from the Hero Arts City Adventure Photopolymer Stamp Set in Hero Arts Cup O Joe Ink onto a piece of Desert Storm 80lb and adhered that to the card. The bike, camera and greeting are from the Hero Arts Hipster at Heart Photopolymer Stamp Set. I stamped the bicycle in Wet Cement and the camera in Memento Tuxedo Black. They are cut out with the Coordinating Frame Cuts. The greeting is heat embossed in Hero Arts Copper Embossing Powder onto a strip of Black 110lb. I adhered the greeting, camera and bicycle to the card with E-Z Runner. A few Pretty Pink Posh Espresso and Charcoal Sequins are added around the bridge and the card is finished. I love the images in both of the sets but the stellar greeting is definitely going to be a favorite! I hope that you like my card for this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge! Thank you fro coming by today to see me! I wish you all a stupendous Saturday! 🙂

Hipster at Heart and City Adventure?! Now those are two stamp sets I’ll have to check out right away! I like the sounds of them! Love the bridge in your background. Do you know what bridge that is?
Thanks Sandy! Love those two sets! I’m pretty sure that it’s the Brooklyn Bridge!! You’ll have to come by the store and see them! 🙂
Good morning Justin!
I am so happy to hear that you are going to carry Hero Arts! There are several sets of layering stamps that I have been hoping to buy once they come out in June. I love the fact that you can buy the coordinating inks all together in the 4 pack bundle. Please hurry and get your on line store going! LOL Like you don’t have anything else to do now right?
Love today’s card. A different take on the sketch than I would have thought of and that copper embossing powder is spectacular. I hope you have a Super Saturday with tons of sales today. Love and hugs, XXOO 🙂
Oh, by the way, your type of weather is invading my space – it’s going to be in the high 80’s to low 90’s with lots of humidity today. Please, take it all back to the Island! LOL
Hello Grace!
I love Hero Arts! They have great layering sets! I’m going to get the ink 4 packs too! I’m working on the online store, not to worry!

Hi Gerri!
Thanks! Yes, love the name of the set too! 🙂
It’s a really cute card today, Justin. I love the copper embossed sentiment, the stamped bridge and the die cut camera and bike. It all makes a great picture on your card. Yes, our weather has been great for the past three days. I’m hoping tomorrow makes it four. It doesn’t sound as though Monday will fit this category, but we’ll see. Have a great day. Glad it will be a short one for you.
