Hey there peeps! How was your Friday? It rained here on and off all day, the sun did try to peek out a few times but mostly gloomy. However inside the Stamp, Ink, Paper Store it was another fun day! Renee was off spending the day with her grandkids, I’m sure that she had a nice day too. I was a busy boy, I got some administrative stuff done in between helping the customers. I really do love talking to people about crafty stuff. One customer stopped in a brought a pop-up crib card that she made, it was great! My friend Paul stopped by for a bit, I got to talk to Michael and my friend Chantal. Angie came up in the afternoon to finish getting ready for her folio class that she has today. I ran out to the Post Office and mailed off some more crafty goodness to another happy customer! At the end of the day Taylor and Kiera stopped by and had some Blaze and Panera for dinner. When I got home Daniel was still at my parent’s and after I had some dinner he showed me his new Ninja Turtles Big Wheel and then we played with his cars. When I got back to my house Taylor and Kiera came by and I helped Taylor make a card for one of her friends and then made my card for today. I have lots of stuff to get done at the store today and I can’t wait to plan a few more classes for next month!
The card that I have to share with you today is a nice simple one! My card base is the usual Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. I stamped the images from the Altenew Painted Flowers Photopolymer Stamp Set in Lawn Fawn Yeti and Black Licorice Ink onto a piece of Desert Storm 80lb. The stems are drawn in with a Copic Multiliner. The greeting is from the Altenew Label Love Photopolymer Stamp Set and is also stamped in Black Licorice. I mounted the stamped panel to a piece of Black 110lb and then adhered it to the card. Like I said, nice and simple but I love the white ink on the kraft card stock with just the simple outlines of the flowers! I hope that you enjoyed today’s quick and simple card! Thank y0u for stopping by and I wish you all a spectacular Saturday! 🙂

Hi Justin:
Another gloomy day here in Maine so it was nice to see such a beautiful card first thing this morning. The beauty of this card lies in the fact that it is so subtle. How nice for someone to find it in the mail for no reason except that a friend wanted to say hello. I love it.
Not sure what’s up for today. I’ll have to wait and see what the kids want to do. You have yourself a Super Saturday my friend. Love and Hugs, XXOO 🙂
Hello Grace!

Thank you Christy! I really do think that kraft is under-utilized! It works well with so many things! 🙂

Simple but elegant. Love how the white looks on Kraft. Last day of vacation, walked in Muir Woods, just beautiful. Lunch in Sausalito and evening on Fisherman’s Wharf. San Fran is beautiful. Take care
