It’s the weekend peeps! What’s going on for you? There is a crop today at the Store so that will be fun! Yesterday’s Card Class was great, everyone enjoyed the cards! Last night was quiet but I did manage to go over to Sue’s and get some Etsy stuff done. Not much else to report which can be a good thing! 😀
Today I have a pretty simple stamped background card to share with you. I started by stamping the images from the Concord & 9th Pop Art Pineapple Photopolymer Stamp Set in Sunflower, Doe, Jalapeño and Carrot Ink onto piece of Solar White 80lb. I adhered that to a card base of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock, the front is covered in a piece of Black. Another piece of Black is die cut with the Concord & 9th Best Banners Dies three times. I adhered them to each other and to the card with Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive. All that was left to do was stamp the greeting from the Concord & 9th Best Banners Photopolymer Stamp Set In Black Licorice and the card is done! Love the nice bright bold background with the die cut! I hope that you like today’s card and I thank you for stopping by to visit with me today! Have a sensational Saturday! 🙂

Love those pineapples!
Thanks Sandy!! Hope that you are well! 🙂
I fell in love with pineapples the first time I learned they were the International sign of welcome. Since I’m a huge fan of architecture from Colonial times I have seen many carved pineapples over the entry doors on those homes which were all hand carved. Your card today is totally awesome!!!! It’s a great display of what a “perfect” welcoming attitude and “perfect” artistic talent you have. Gotta’ love it.
Rainy and raw again today. I’ll spend a good part of the day taking down the Easter decorations and putting up the “regular” stuff which will stay in place until the 4th of July. I love decorating for every holiday even though it gets a little harder for us to do every year. The spring cleaning is done except for the windows and curtains and I’ll start those soon. The outside of the windows has to wait until the pollen stops turning everything that awful greenish yellow color. LOL You have yourself a fun day with class Justin. Love & Hugs to you. XXOO 🙂
Yes, Grace, I agree! I too have seen a lot of them carved over doors. Thank you!! You are far too kind!
It’s overcast here and occasionally drizzles. I used to decorate all the time, now it’s just Christmas. Too much work! LOL! I have to do a little cleaning when I get home tonight. We haven’t had the onslaught of pollen just yet, I’m sure it’s coming soon! Enjoy your day! Love and hugs to you!! XOXO 🙂
Great card. Did you use MISTI or stamp by hand?
Thank you Marge! No, I just stamped! 🙂
Perfect! I so love pineapple, both to eat and stamped images. Not much going on, hubby and I ran errands. Got the Roman Shade ordered for my Scraproom . Weather is perfect. Just enjoying a Saturday
Thanks Linda! Me too! I hope that you got to have a lot of outside time and that you had a super day! 🙂
