SIP Challenge 96 – CAS Wedding!

Hey there! It’s to be rainy and chilly again for the next few days, but will warm up at the weekend! Another fun Monday spent a the Store. Poor Renee, she gets to listen to me whine sometimes and I appreciate that. I did get a few kits made of the Wedding Card that I posted a few weeks ago. I would love to kit up more cards but it’s not easy unless they are limited in stamping! I had another quiet evening at home after a quick dinner with my folks. I haven’t been myself lately, lots going on. But this all will pass, hopefully soon. 😀

It’s time today for another Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge…

Ahh, clean and simple, loving those kind of cards lately! My card today is definitely not a difficult one to make! Onto my card base of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock I stamped my images and greeting with my Mini MISTI. The flowers are from the Altenew Remember This Photopolymer Stamp Set. I stamped the large flower in Lava Rock and then masked it and stamped the smaller flowers and leaves. After removing the mask I added two more layers to the large flower with Moon Rock and Evening Gray. My greeting is from the Altenew Celebrations Photopolymer Stamp Set and is stamped in Lava Rock. I was going to add a few sequins but actually like the card just the way it is! I hope that you enjoyed my Design Team card for this week’s Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge!   2. I love all the different colors of gray you used for this and stamping some parts several times and others more lightly. I love all the sentiments of the Celebrations set. Your card is very sweet, clean and neat. Take care and hope you have a brighter day! Sending crafty hugs to you.

  4. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous card today Justin! I take it that you made all your masks with paper snips since I don’t see any dies. You do have a lot of patience to do that. Me, not so much. The way you used the four different inks to get the shading you wanted is fabulous! Any newlywed couple would be thrilled to receive this card and treasure it. Fantastic job yet again Justin!

    We all get into a funk once in a while Justin and you are right – this too shall pass. Not to much fun waiting for it to pass though. I think we both need a few sunshiny days to brighten our spirits. This cloudy, rainy, blah weather is even getting to the Hubs and he is always happy. If you want to give Renee a break give me a call and I’ll listen to you whine, then you listen to me whine and then we will both laugh and make fun of ourselves.       My funk will pass, hopefully sooner rather than later. I need a vacation! LOL! You might regret saying you will listen to me whine! I’m always happy to listen to someone else, I don’t usually do it myself but lately it’s been rough. Love and hugs to you my friend! XOXO 🙂
