Good morning my peeps! Hope everyone had an amazing day yesterday along with me! My apartment is finally the way I wanted when I set out on this mission, beautiful and spacious! LOL! Who knew a little purging could make such a big difference?! I spent a little time outside yesterday too, having some coffee and reading the news in the beautiful weather! No more rain here today! I went out and got some shelves to finish up a few last minute organization projects, and I think they’re going to work perfectly! I just have to find a little more time to stain them! I also want to let you guys know that this weekend I will be out of town. I’m taking a little last minute trip up to Pennsylvania to spend some time with Jim at his cabin and enjoy the lake! There will be no post on Saturday or Sunday, but I will return to my regular posting on Monday! π
Lets jump into the card! For my base I used my trusty Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. To create the background, I stamped the Hero Arts Designer Woodgrain Background Stamp onto a piece of Desert Storm and attached it with the E-Z Runner to the card base. I then ink blended the die cuts from the Hero Arts September 2016 My Monthly Hero Kit and clustered them together. They are attached the with a little Multi-Matte Medium and some 3D Foam Squares to give the smaller pieces a little dimension on the wreath that is die cut from some Chocolate Chip twice. Then, I took my Just Rust ink and stamped my “grateful” from the September My Monthly Hero Kit right onto the background paper. I hope you all enjoy my attempt to embrace the forthcoming cooler weather with this fall themed card! I hope that you enjoyed today’s card! I’ll be back tomorrow with a post for Concord & 9th! Enjoy your Thursday! π
