Ahh, halfway through the week! My brother is away this week so I have had the kiddos longer than usual. But they really are so good so I don’t mind at all. I’m off to PA for the long weekend early tomorrow morning. Last trip of the season which is a bummer. But we’ll make the most of it! Can’t wait to be in the country air again! 🙂
Wednesday means it’s time for a new challenge over on the Paper Craft Crew blog…
I’m really loving navy lately! I started my card by adhering a piece of Silver Glitter Card to a card base of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. Next I used the Concord & 9th Snow Flurry Dies and the circle from the Concord & 9th Globe Greetings Dies to cut out the negative of the small snowflake from a piece of Blueprint Curious Metallic and adhered it to the card with 3m Foam Tape. My greeting is from the Concord & 9th Snow Flurry Photopolymer Stamp Set and is heat embossed in Simon Says Stamp Ultra Fine Steel Navy Embossing Powder onto a piece of Galvanized Curious Metallic and then trimmed into to strips. They are adhered to the card with 3M Foam Tape and E-Z Runner. A few Little Things by Lucy Nautical Sparkle Sequins and Pearls complete the card! Love the negative snowflake in the circle and the sparkly silver background! I hope that you like my Design Team card for this week’s Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge! Check out the rest of the Team’s cards over on the BLOG and share your take with us in the gallery. Thanks for visiting with me! Enjoy the rest of your Wednesday! 🙂

Another pretty card, Justin. You always see the simplicity in the most complex sketches. I love it.
