Aloha Pineapple Thanks

Hi there! The gloomy morning yesterday did turn into a nice sunny afternoon so I did get to enjoy the yard for a while. Heather came by and we ran to BJ’s. I saw my buddy Anthony there. Haven’t seen him in way too long. We are going to make plans and go out to dinner soon. After BJ’s Heather came back to my house for a bit. Later on Taylor stopped by and my Brother and Erika came by my Parent’s with the kiddos! I walked around the yard with Tristan for a while, she is really trying hard to say uncle! The evening ended with a little TV. This morning I think I’m going to go to the beach with Heather for a bit! That should be fun! 😀

I have a simple and fun card to share with you today! My base is Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock with a piece of paper from the Concord & 9th Aloha Fill-In Patterned Paper Pack covering the front. The images and greeting are from the Concord & 9th Pop Art Pineapple Photopolymer Stamp Set. I stamped the pineapple in Sunflower and Doe. The leaves are stamped in Jalapeño and then just edges in Noble Fir. My greeting is stamped in Black Licorice and then they are all cut out with the Coordinating Dies. I used some 3M Foam Tape to adhere them to the card and added some Pretty Pink Posh Lemon Drop Sequins to finish the card. I love the nice dark paper with the bright pop of the pineapple! I hope that you like today’s card! Thanks for stopping by! Have a simply amazing Sunday! 🙂

  1. Hi Justin:
Gerri is right – that Aloha paper is beautiful! A simple card to make but it looks pretty complicated because the background paper really does all the work. I love it and we could all use a few of those simple cards that pack a punch once in a while. You have fun at the beach today. It’s feeling like fall here this morning and I love the cooler temperatures. Question – any reason why you have changed the way you stage your cards? Have yourself a Sunny Sunday my friend. Love and hugs to you! XXOO 🙂

    1. Hi Grace!

I like to change up the pictures, I get a little bored so I’m sure that you all o too! LOL! Hope you enjoyed your day! Love and hugs! XOXO 🙂
